Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects for our rugs. Wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage are not covered. Repair services are chargeable, please contact us and we’ll arrange to assess and quote.

Shipping & Returns

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Each Hatsu rug is handwoven and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisation details.

Which materials do you use?

We use premium natural fibers: 100% Merino wool, Bamboo Silk, 100% New Zealand Wool, Jute and combinations of these fibers.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes: Our standard rug sizes are Custom sizes: Available on request – there will be additional charges based on the customisation.

Why do new rugs shed?

New handwoven rugs will shed loose fibers initially - that’s normal and diminishes over time with regular vacuuming. Avoid heavy vacuum with beater bar; use suction or gentle setting.

Do you offer “backing” options?

Yes — we can provide backings as an add-on. This will be chargeable.

Can I repair or re-weave a rug?

Yes - we offer repair/re-weaving services (for a fee) provided the damage is not beyond repair.

Do you offer returns on rugs?

No, rugs once purchased are non-returnable.
