International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.We declare the actual value of goods for customs.

What about damage in transit?
Inspect your package on delivery. If there is damage, note the damage, take photographs, and contact us within 2 days. We will arrange for repair/replacement depending on the situation.
Do you offer warranty or repair services?
Yes - we offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects for our lights, furniture and rugs.
Wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage are not covered.
Repair services are chargeable, contact us and we’ll arrange to assess and quote.
