We offer 1-year warranty on frames, joints, and hardware. Normal wear, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions are not covered. We do offer services for repairs, re-finishing, or restoration, kindly contact us with photos and the condition; we’ll assess and quote.

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Each Hatsu furniture piece is handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisation details.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, note the issue, take photographs, and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement depending on the situation.

As each Hatsu furniture piece is custom-built to order, products once purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
