The Esferra & Bell 180 Chandelier brings together two of our signature collections in a seamless fusion of form and light. Combining the soft, clustered glow of Esferra with the refined geometry of Bell 180, this piece casts a gentle, even illumination that enhances both contemporary and classic interiors.

Crafted from powder-coated aluminium, opal glass, and brass with fabric cords.

Product Care

Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning; blot spills, never rub.
Professional cleaning suggested periodically.

Warranty

We offer 1 year on internal wiring, sockets, and switches. Warranty excludes bulb failures, misuse, or external damage. We do offer services for repairs, re-finishing, or restoration, kindly contact us with photos and the condition; we’ll assess and quote.

Shipping & Returns

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Each Hatsu light is handcrafted and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisation details.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, note the issue, take photographs, and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement depending on the situation.

As each Hatsu light is made to order, products once purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Is there a warranty on electrical parts?

Can I change the finish (e.g. brass, black, patina)?

Yes — custom finishes are available, but may affect lead time or cost.

What about international voltage / plug compatibility?

Do you offer custom lighting designs?
