At Hatsu, every piece is thoughtfully designed and made with care. Since many of our products are custom-made, we follow a clear and limited return policy to maintain quality and fairness.

Return Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 2 day of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 2 day of delivery at hello@hatsu.in

  • Include photos/videos of the damage and the packaging

  • We will offer a free replacement for damaged items

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Shipping charges (if any) for approved returns must be covered by the customer
