Shipping & Returns

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Each Hatsu light is handcrafted and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisation details.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, note the issue, take photographs, and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement depending on the situation.

As each Hatsu light is made to order, products once purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
