We offer a replacement for items damaged in transit — this is subject to review as pictures and information on this will be required within 2 days of delivery. Breakage due to misuse is not covered.

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Each Hatsu object and artwork is individually crafted and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisation details.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, note the issue, take photographs, and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement depending on the situation.

As each Hatsu object and artwork is created or finished to order, products once purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
